2Under Email → Rules, check the rules and disable or delete them
3Under Email → Forwarding, also check if it is active. If so, please disable it

Possible Scenarios

Scenario 1: You have enabled forwarding and set delivery only to the forwarded email address. Emails are not being forwarded, and you receive an error message. You do not receive any emails yourself and no notification.

Scenario 2: You have enabled forwarding and set delivery to both the forwarded email address and your employee email address. The sender receives an error message, but you still receive the message in your inbox.

Scenario 3: You have set up an inbox rule. This cannot be clearly assessed, as many different settings can be configured here.
