Add Email Account in Thunderbird – Functional Mailbox

For the incoming mail server, enter the following values
Hostname: outlook.office365.com
Port: 993
Connection Security: SSL/TLS
Authentication Method: OAUTH2
Username: funktionspostfach@oth-regensburg.de

For the outgoing mail server, enter the following values
Hostname: smtp.office365.com
Port: 587
Connection Security: STARTTLS
Authentication Method: OAUTH2
Username: funktionspostfach@oth-regensburg.de

4Click Finish
5Mailbox is now integrated
