Delete / Recreate Outlook Profile

After migrating to the new system, it is recommended to delete and reconfigure your Outlook profile.
This can resolve issues with mail flow for employee accounts and shared mailboxes.

Close Outlook

Search for “Control Panel”

Click on “Mail”

Click on “Show Profiles”

1. Select the profile 2. Click “Remove” 3. Then click “OK”

After reopening Outlook, you can enter any name for the new Outlook profile
